Introduction
Center for the Empowering Society (CES) as an independent non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization. It is registered as an NGO under Social Welfare Agency Ordnance 1961, Government of Pakistan, Vide registration No. VSWA/ICT/635 bearing NTN# 4128759-2. That the NGO’s Accounts are being audited by MS Muhammad Imran & Co CES endeavors to serve humanity, work for human welfare and to help the downtrodden and the deprived UTOPIA a Never – never land! a kind without violence, a land without vices, a land without injustice, a society with peace, a society with harmony, a society with love, a society with care, UTOPIA – impossible! But by the impossible to reach the possible, since the Stone Age to satellite age, men has been trying to reach the impossible but haven’t succeeded so far.
