  • Jamshed Akhtar Qureshi Education Trust is looking for a motivated Admin Assistant (Male) to support the daily operations of its schools.

    The role involves assisting with school administration, logistics, basic infrastructure coordination, transportation support, and documentation. The Admin Assistant will help ensure that school facilities function smoothly and that routine operational tasks are carried out efficiently to support a positive learning environment.

    Title of Position: Admin Assistant

    Location: Islamabad

     

    Major Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance in schools, including electrical, plumbing, and basic infrastructure issues, either directly or through external vendors.
    2. Monitor school infrastructure regularly to ensure all facilities are functional and well-maintained.
    3. Implement and oversee the transportation plan, including coordination with drivers and vendors.
    4. Plan, manage, and support logistical arrangements for events, including transportation, supplies, and on-site coordination.
    5. Ensure timely disbursement, collection, and proper documentation of all procured materials.
    6. Handle submission and collection of official documents from different organizations, offices, and vendors as required.
    7. Coordinate with school administrations and head offices to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
Requirements
    • Minimum Intermediate qualification.
    • Prior experience related to construction, infrastructure, or maintenance work will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to perform field-based work involving frequent movement and coordination.
    • Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.
    • Basic computer knowledge, with the ability to work on MS Word and Excel.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments and schools.
