We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in managing recruitment, employee records, HR operations, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Assist with onboarding processes including documentation, orientation scheduling, and employee file creation.
Support offboarding procedures including clearance processes and documentation.
Assist in the maintenance of the Flow HCM system.
Prepare presentations and HR-related materials to support HR initiatives
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Fresh - 06 months of HR or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
