Background
  • Role Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in managing recruitment, employee records, HR operations, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
    • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
    • Assist with onboarding processes including documentation, orientation scheduling, and employee file creation.
    • Support offboarding procedures including clearance processes and documentation.
    • Assist in the maintenance of the Flow HCM system.
    • Prepare presentations and HR-related materials to support HR initiatives
Requirements
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    Experience:

    • Fresh - 06 months of HR or administrative experience preferred.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
