• Knowledge of civil construction techniques, BOQs and specifications.
• Good coordination with contractors and communities.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Fluency in Urdu and English (spoken and written).
• NGO/INGO experience will be an advantage.
