Establish coordination with communities, volunteers, partner organizations, Health departments & other relevant stakeholders.
• Collect necessary baseline information about the target communities and areas.
• Formation of Mohalla committees as per the criteria in the targeted communities.
• Conduct & facilitate regular meetings with Mohalla committees to address the issues about WASH facilities.
• Facilitate and involve Mohalla Committees & other relevant stakeholders (especially Health Department) in raising awareness on promoting good hygiene practices in the targeted communities.
• Coordinate with partner NGO/stakeholders for the identification, mobilization, and availability of community members for the approved/planned activities.
• Mobilize the community members to highlight the problems, find possible solutions, and liaise with line departments.
• Mobilize potential community leaders to advocate and promote the project objectives in their communities and ensure the active participation of community members.
• Provide relevant information on project progress as required by the project manager.
• Advocate encouraging the participation of local beneficiaries with a strong emphasis on women, ethnic & disadvantaged groups, and minorities.
• Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and record of all project activities.
• Develop weekly work plans and report to the Project Manager daily.
• Click pictures/videos of the project implementation process and develop the initial donor feedback reports.
• Responsible for delivering the H&H sessions to the communities to raise awareness on the importance of good hygiene.
Requirements
At least 02-03 Years’ experience in community mobilization, community-driven projects, educational and training activities, particularly working with young people, vulnerable/ marginalized communities, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
Efficient in managing commu nity as well as team problems.

• Builds relationships with beneficiaries; works and communicates well with beneficiaries
• Demonstrates tolerance in understanding and support for others who may be operating in a language other than their ‘mother tongue’ and/or have additional skills in the local language.
• Proficient with various software programs, including MS Office, MS Word, and Excel.
