Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Goal 3 Good Health and Wellbeing
Fourteen years ago, we began our journey in Africa, helping children in Sierra Leone, Malawi, and Ghana survive Severe Acute Malnutrition. But when we looked deeper, we uncovered a devastating truth: The countries suffering the most weren’t only in Africa.
They were in Asia — with Afghanistan and Pakistan topping the global hunger index. This wasn’t just a regional problem. It was — and is — a global crisis. And worse, it was being ignored. So we made a choice. Not just to help, but to build a solution.
In 2018, we committed to creating a sustainable, replicable model that could save lives — not just today, but for generations to come. The Trust for Malnutrition and Stunted Growth (TMSG) was founded by the Rotary Club of St. Catharines South (Canada) in 2018.
TMSG delivers life-saving nutrition, healthcare support, and community-based education to protect the most vulnerable children under five, pregnant women, and lactating mothers. Our Impact: • 73,000+ children treated for (SAM) & (MAM) • 10,000+ mothers supported for healthier pregnancies and safe deliveries • 120+ partner clinics strengthening sustainable, local healthcare systems
