Key duties include managing tickets, fixing connectivity, upgrading systems, and maintaining user satisfaction with clear communication, often requiring flexible hours.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals) and software (OS, applications) problems.
Installation & Maintenance: Set up, configure, update, maintain workstations, software, and network connections.
User Support: Act as the main point of contact, offering support in person, over the phone, or remotely.
Documentation: Create and maintain records of issues, solutions, and user guides.
User Training: Guide and train users on new systems or IT policies.
System Security: Address basic security issues impacting user systems.
