Background
  • TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

    • Develop & submit the annual/quarterly work plan in line with the overall proposal.
    • Ensure execution and reporting of all program activities as per the approved work-plan.
    • Oversee the activities based on the plan and ensure their timely and effective execution as per grant and donor requirements.
    • Provide appropriate feedback on field activities and take corrective actions as per IHHN management and donor guidelines
    • Conduct monitoring filed visits and provide on job supporting supervision/mentoring of filed staff
    • Regular-on going documentation and reporting on program activities.
    • Ensure capacity development of SR and project field staff on need basis.
    • Coordinate with Provincial EPI and district government for effective and efficient implementation of program activities.
    • Liaise with the Provincial Health department (MOH) at provincial and district level for conducting activities.
    • Maintain constant and effective communication and coordination with all provincial and district staff.
    • Represent the program at important forums as well as participate in technical working groups
    • Help in providing data in qualitative as well as quantitative form for donor reporting to Federal office.
    • Critically review and analyze the ongoing activities and on the basis of lessons learned and experience sharing, plan and design activities for inclusion in work plan of subsequent year.
    • Improvised coordination and communication with other implementing partners working for health system strengthening in the province.
    • Any other task as assigned by the senior management.
Requirements
    • Master’s in Public Health/ Social Sciences
    • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with EPI/PEI.
    • Managerial experience will be preferred.
    • Experience, knowledge, and report-writing skills for public health programs
    • Ability to analyze information, evaluate options, and to think and plan strategically.
    • Experience managing a team, and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English. • Ability and willingness to travel
