Key Terms of Reference (ToRs)
🔹 Monitor and document human rights violations and emerging human rights trends across Pakistan.
🔹 Conduct research and analysis on key human rights, civic space, and social justice issues.
🔹 Prepare reports, policy briefs, situation updates, and advocacy materials based on credible evidence and field information.
🔹 Support advocacy campaigns and initiatives aimed at promoting human rights, equality, justice, and democratic values.
🔹 Engage with civil society organisations, human rights defenders, government stakeholders, media, and other relevant actors to advance advocacy objectives.
🔹 Coordinate field-level monitoring and information gathering, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-documented evidence.
🔹 Represent PJN in relevant meetings, consultations, forums, and networks and contribute to strategic discussions on human rights issues.
🔹 Maintain databases and documentation of human rights cases, trends, stakeholders, and advocacy interventions, while ensuring confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
Requirements
Experience: 3–4 years in human rights, advocacy, monitoring, or a related field
