The incumbent will be responsible for the operational as well as programmatic management and planning, including administration, IT, finance, all programs and external engagement. The individual will develop the strategic roadmap for internal operations, to increase organizational efficiency and ensure scalability of operations, as per the goals of the organization. The Manager Operations will work very closely with the Program Managers and other department heads to ensure a smooth flow between programmatic and operational functions. The incumbent will be required to overlook other aspects of the departments/organization, if and when required.

Responsibilities:

 Lead teams and direct the implementation of key organizational projects and innovative initiatives, ensuring successful execution by overseeing all critical components such as budgeting, resource management, project collateral, logistics, and impact evaluation.

 Facilitate in the hiring process for programmatic staff, including sitting in interviews and providing assessments to ensure the selection of qualified personnel.

 Define and establish systems and procedures to maintain administrative and legal records of the organization’s work, for legal compliance.

 Manage and provide direct oversight to all facility staff, including therapists, teachers, and other management personnel, ensuring high standards of performance.

 Oversee programmatic and operational management at the facility to ensure consistency and compliance with all other KDSP facilities and Head Office standards.

 Supervise the financial practices of the organization as per designated policies.

 Oversee the planning, development and delivery of KDSP’s external engagements, including communications and external relations.

 Any other task as assigned by the senior management.

 Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Management (preferred).

 8-10 years of work experience in the social development sector (preferred).

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Excellent analytical, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
