Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Teach the World Foundation (TTWF) is looking for a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to join our team in Lahore. The M&E Officer will be responsible for monitoring program implementation, conducting field visits, assessing program performance, collecting and analysing data, and ensuring accurate reporting to support effective program delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor program activities and assess implementation progress
• Monitor program performance against defined targets, indicators, and objectives
• Collect, verify, analyse, and maintain accurate program data
• Prepare regular monitoring reports and share findings with relevant teams
• Identify implementation gaps, challenges, and areas for improvement
• Coordinate with field teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and program effectiveness
• Support the development and implementation of monitoring tools and evaluation activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Education, or a relevant field
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, data collection, field monitoring, research, or the NGO/development sector
• Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
