Fellowship Overview

The Leaders of Tomorrow Digital Exchange Program offers young individuals an opportunity to engage in meaningful intercultural dialogue and collaborative global learning experiences.

The program focuses on intercultural dialogue, cross-cultural learning, global themes, politics, culture, identity, current affairs, collaborative problem-solving, and youth-led initiatives aimed at creating positive social impact.

Participants are placed into small, diverse groups known as Virtual Host Families, where they build close connections, engage in discussions, and collaborate on activities throughout the program. These groups act as the primary space for interaction and shared learning. Over the course of 10 weeks, participants engage in weekly structured dialogue sessions, video conferences, and collaborative projects. The program requires a time commitment of approximately 4–5 hours per week, allowing participants to actively contribute while balancing other responsibilities.

Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate recognizing their engagement and learning. They also gain access to a global alumni network of over 1,100 individuals across 50+ countries, with opportunities for continued collaboration and optional in-person meet-ups. The program also provides project grants to support youth-led initiatives, although the exact funding amount is not specified. Financial assistance is available to ensure accessibility for participants who may face cost barriers.

Eligibility criteria require applicants to be between 14 and 24 years old, have conversational English proficiency, and demonstrate a strong interest in intercultural dialogue and cross-cultural learning. The program is open to individuals from all countries and backgrounds. The entire program is conducted online using platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, Discord, Telegram, and Microsoft Office tools, eliminating the need for travel and allowing participation from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
