Renewables First is looking for a Lead, People & Culture to support the development of a collaborative, equitable and inclusive workplace.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or People & Culture, a strong understanding of Pakistan’s employment regulations and HR best practices, and experience managing HR systems and processes.
Requirements
Passionate about building a collaborative, equitable and inclusive workplace where people feel supported and can do their best work.
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR or People & Culture, ideally within a non-profit, research or policy-based organisation.
Proven experience managing HR systems and processes, knowledge of Pakistan’s employment regulations and HR best practices, strong English and Urdu communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
