Project Coordinator (Education)

he Humanitarian Response & Development Foundation (HRDF), a not-for-profit organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, invites applications from qualified, experienced and motivated female candidates for multiple teaching positions under its education programme in Chaghi District.
We are seeking dedicated and committed female educators who are passionate about teaching, improving students' learning outcomes and creating safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments for children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver effective, student-centred classroom lessons.
• Monitor students' attendance, classroom participation and academic progress.
• Conduct student assessments and maintain accurate academic records.
• Promote inclusive education and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Work closely with school leadership, parents and local communities to support students' learning.
• Contribute to school improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• B.Ed., M.Ed. or another recognized teaching qualification will be an advantage.
• Previous teaching experience at primary or secondary level is preferred.
• Good communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
📌 Local Recruitment Preference:

Qualified female candidates from Dalbandin and other areas of Chaghi District will be given preference. Preference will also be given to candidates residing in or near the respective communities who are able to travel to their assigned schools as required.
