We're looking for a finance leader who can own the numbers, build the systems, and keep the organization audit-ready as we scale.

The Role

You will head the Finance & Administration function, reporting to the Country Director. Day-to-day, this means running financial operations end-to-end — bookkeeping, cash flow, fund management, investments, and disbursements — while ensuring the organization is always Board-, regulator-, and donor-ready.

Key Focus Areas

• Daily finance operations and bookkeeping

• Financial reporting to Senior Management and the Board

• Audit management and regulatory compliance (PCP, EAD, FBR, SECP)

• Governance documentation and secretarial support

• Charity onboarding and fund utilization tracking

• Light HR oversight — employee lifecycle and final settlements

• Leading digital transformation of finance and admin systems

Finance professional with 7+ years of experience, strong on compliance and controls, comfortable in a lean hands-on environment, and ideally familiar with Pakistan's nonprofit regulatory landscape.
