Takhleeq Foundation since its inception in 1999, has not only grown but has achieved successes in all spheres of its operations, whether it is promotion of Peace & harmony, women’s and children’s rights, social justice, labour rights, women’s political participation; voters education campaign, awareness raising on reproductive health and emergency relief support.

Takhleeq Foundation has excelled in achieving the targets set forth in the projects by its partners and is well satisfied that it has successfully completed many projects on time with remarkable achievements. Against all odds, Takhleeq Foundation carried out a great humanitarian service to support the emergency relief operation for flood affected people in Qambar-Shahdadkot district. It has made a pivotal role in promoting peace and harmony with Muslim clerics (Moulvies) in Sindh and Baluchistan to promote the role of traditional societies for peace interventions. Takhleeq Foundation has worked a lot on the sector of women economic empowerment, sexual and reproductive health, voter education, health education and hygiene by supporting and promoting WATSAN & CLTS programs for most vulnerable communities. In addition to that Takhleeq Foundation also started programs for character building of youth and promotion of good governance. Moreover the foundation has focused all intervention through crosscutting gender sensitivity.

By following the strategic plans of Takhleeq Foundation, the interventional strategy at program level planned through awareness raising, social mobilization and building the capacities of partnering stakeholder for socio-economic empowerment and social development at very local level by exercising the right based approach. Takhleeq Foundation believes through its interventions to build the capacities of local support structures and raise their voices through advocacy and achieve the objectives.
By this believes, Takhleeq Foundation focused on disadvantaged groups with least access to information, training and skills, which could be supported to exercise their control over the conditions and factors governing their social, political & economic lives at micro / macro level through training and capacity building for enabling environment.

Takhleeq Foundation endeavors for attitudinal change to facilitate sustainable development, socio ecological justice and equity in the society.  It primarily focuses on advocacy, research and education initiatives to promote good governance. Takhleeq Foundation is conceived to involve in conducting various level capacity-building / training programs for councillors, organizations and official staff of local government institutions.

According to the analysis of Path of Strategic Interest (PSI), Takhleeq Foundation strategizes to facilitate for attitudinal change for sustainable development through social justice peace and governance issues in the society. Training & Capacity building initiative of Takhleeq Foundation promotes Awareness, Analysis and Action (AAA) with strategic interventions of social justice, peace and democratization of livelihoods.
