We work to empower women and girls through an integrated programme of sports, mental health support, physical activities and life skills that inspire confidence, excellence and resilience.

Established by Karishma Ali, a young football player hailing from one of the remote valleys of Chital, the Karishma Ali Foundation (KAF) is the culmination of Karishma's relentless efforts to break socio-cultural barriers and redefine the possibilities for women in her community and beyond.

Karishma Ali, the founder, hails from Chitral, a region where traditional norms and restrictions have historically limited women's mobility and opportunities. Against all odds, Karishma embarked on a life-changing journey by choosing football as her profession. Her dedication and passion for the sport not only led her to excel but also inspired her to establish football teams across the region, creating a supportive environment for other young girls to follow in her footsteps.
