PD Lead: Co-Curricular Programs Verified listing

Position Overview:

Zindagi Trust is looking for a focused and detail-oriented PD Lead to take ownership of its co-curricular programming . This role sits within the Academics team and requires someone who can manage programs end-to-end, work with data, and actively develop new initiatives that strengthen student learning beyond the classroom, as well as establishing partnerships with external organizations, and lead teachers and students in execution of programs.

Key Responsibilities

Work with school teachers and external consultants towards:

• Overall oversight and data management of the ZT Chess Program
• Overall oversight and data management of the ZT Sports Program
• Overall oversight and data management of the ZT Music Program
• Design and oversight of a Theatre program
• Design and oversight of a Nature and Gardening program
• Design and oversight of an Eco-Warriers Club
• Design and oversight of a Debate, MUN, Elocution and Public Speaking program
• Design and oversight of a Hobby Craft Club
• Design and oversight of a Community Service Club
• Design and oversight of a Vocational Training Club
• Design and oversight of a Cooking Club
• Design and oversight of a Fashion Design Club
• Design and oversight of a Student Media Magazine and Radio Club
• Design and oversight of a Future Planning College, Career, and Finance Club
• Design and oversight of a Photography Club
• Design and oversight of a World Languages Club
• Design and oversight of a Business/Entrepreneurship Club
• Setup of a inter-school and intra-school Farmer’s Market and Craft Fair event
• Setup of an inter-school and intra-school Sports Fest event
• Setup of an inter-school and intra-school Public Speaking event collaborating with PD Leads for Languages
• Setup of an  inter-school and intra-school Academic Olympiad event. collaborating with PD Leads for STEM
• Help students to find and participate in inter-school activities related to extra-curricular activities.

• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and track progress through data
• Project management skills with attention to follow-through and documentation
• Comfort working across teams academics, operations, external partners
• Initiative, ownership, and the ability to build programs from concept to execution
