Essential Responsibilities

Logistics:

1. Support in preparation of fuel and other logistics Payments and its submission to finance.
2. Support in digital archiving of vehicles logbooks and other relevant data of log team.
3. Support in tagging of assets in MC ISB office.
4. Support Log Co and Assets controller in management of assets.
5. Support the log team to finalize the auction list and its process.
6. Support in preparation of the inventory/ Furniture list of the MC- ISB office.
7. Any other task assigned by Supervisor.

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in the relevant disciplines, preference will be given to those candidates who are looking for an internship opportunity to gain work experience in supply chain Management. Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
• Ability to work comfortably with an ethnically diverse staff.
• Fluency in written English.
• Familiarity with MS Office
