Responsibilities:
Data collection: Sourcing and extracting data from primary and secondary sources such as RDMBS (relational databases), MySQL, Google Sheets, or Excel.
Data cleaning: Filtering, processing, and restructuring raw data to eliminate errors and duplicate entries to ensure informational integrity.
Data visualization: Building automated dashboards, charts, and interactive reports via specialized software to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Database maintenance: Designing, monitoring, and upgrading internal databases alongside technology teams to optimize query, speed and security.
Strong grip on quantitative data for analytics and documentation with attention to detail.
Experience in using qualitative data analysis software like NVivo for research purposes will be an added advantage.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Computer Sciences, Business Analytics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
2+ years of experience in extracting quantitative data and developing dashboard.
Proven ability to translate raw data into analysis ready visuals.
Advanced SQL for pulling data and manipulating complex structural databases.
Python or R for advanced data cleaning, automation, and statistical computing.
Microsoft Power BI or Tableau to create interactive program-wise dashboards.
Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPS and complex macro formulas.
