Background
  • Support for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Sector in Pakistan (STVSP) 

    The TVET Sector Support Programme in Pakistan is funded by the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany. The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH implements the Programme together with British Council in close cooperation with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission and other public and private sector organizations in Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab.

    The programme's objective is to support the development of Pakistan's TVET sector, focusing on training for men and women in professions with a high demand, especially in digital and green skills.

    Learning Areas

    • Learning NAVTTC LMS administration, including user management, login creation, enrolment, and access support.
    • Orientation on uploading, organizing, updating, and maintaining digital learning content and training resources.
    • Understanding the development, formatting, digitization, and management of training packages and learning materials.
    • Learn about online assessments, quizzes, feedback forms, training evaluations, and learning records through LMS tools.
    • Learning data collection methods for trainings, workshops, and capacity development activities.
    • Understanding data validation, organization, storage, and maintenance of M&E databases and training records.
    • Developing basic skills in data analysis and reporting related to training participation, learning outcomes, and feedback.
    • Understanding indicators, KPIs, and reporting requirements for HRD interventions.
    • Develop understanding of preparation of reports, meeting records, attendance records, and documentation of best practices and lessons learned.
    • Learning stakeholder coordination and participant communication processes for training and consultation events.
    • Understanding training needs assessment, competency gap analysis, and capacity development approaches in TVET.
    • Familiarization with administrative, procurement, logistics, and compliance procedures related to programme implementation.
Requirements
    • Graduates who finished their degree within the last 12 months, or in the process of completion (minimum four years of higher education including Bachelors’ or Masters’) in related field
    • Either no comparable experience in the related field or not more than 11 months of internship / job experience after graduation.
