Job Descriptions

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns. 
• Create engaging visuals for branding, logos, banners, and product packaging. 
• Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity and message. 
• Adapt and resize designs for various platforms and formats. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to projects. 
• Prepare and deliver design files in appropriate formats for production. 
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a portfolio of past work.  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software. 
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, themes. 
• Ability to create designs tailored for social media, websites, and print media.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Having previous experience with NGOs is considered an advantage.
