Coordinate and monitor educational project activities across assigned clusters.
Liaise with schools, teachers, community members, and local stakeholders.
Conduct field visits and monitor project implementation.
Prepare regular progress reports and maintain accurate records.
Support community engagement and educational awareness initiatives.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a relevant field from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in education projects, project coordination, community mobilization, or development-sector activities.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Coordination: Good organizational, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
Fieldwork: Willingness and ability to travel to assigned field locations in Tharparkar.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and report preparation.
Commitment: A strong interest in educational development and community empowerment.
