Community Health Worker

The incumbent will support community-level project activities by implementing assigned procedures with accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to approved quality standards and study protocols. The role includes participant recruitment, screening, data collection, and patient registration in line with study requirements. In addition, the CHW will actively facilitate linkage to care by ensuring that screened or identified participants are appropriately guided and connected to relevant diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up services as per project protocols.

• Graduation in the relevant subject
• Previous experience of community work
