The GM Research & Analytics will build and lead TCF’s Research & Analytics Unit as the organization’s central hub for insight, evidence, and performance intelligence. The role will integrate research and data analytics to inform strategic choices, improve program effectiveness, and strengthen system-wide performance across one of the largest independent education networks in the world.
This role sits at the intersection of education, research, and management within one of the largest and most complex education networks in the country. It will combine rigorous impact evaluation and applied research with advanced analytics to answer critical questions on learning, operations, and scale. The GM will also translate TCF’s experience into credible, high-quality knowledge products that contribute to the broader education ecosystem.

Strategic & Organizational Leadership
• Master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Education, Data Analytics, Public or Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and data analytics.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in program design and management, research, analytics, strategy, or impact evaluation.
• Exposure to the development sector and large-scale social impact programs is essential. An in-depth understanding of the education space would be preferred.
