Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires and interns
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, trackers, and other administrative documents
Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements and follow-ups
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives as assigned
Ensure proper filing and record management of HR documents
Perform general administrative and HR support tasks as required by the department
Adhere to organizational policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information
Assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and special projects during the internship period.
Requirements
Qualification
Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Internship, academic projects, volunteer work, or exposure to HR, administration, recruitment, documentation, or coordination activities will be an added advantage.
