Background

- Conduct a comprehensive software requirements gathering with the stakeholders to elicit accurate expectations for a system.
- Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and technical user manuals.
- Run test cases on new and existing software to identify bugs before deployment and report to the software team promptly.
- Interact with the stakeholders to resolve daily system glitches, data errors, and user access issues.
- Conduct data validation checks to identify issues in system reports and communicate the errors to the software team in a timely manner.
- Monitor system uptime, backup creation, and server logs to catch performance drops.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software requirements elicitation and the requirements gathering process. In addition, similar experience required in running test cases and conducting UAT.
- Basic understanding of SQL to query databases and generate reports.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, Jira, or similar project mapping and tracking software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Note: This is a full-time contractual role.
