Supervise and support 8–10 schools to improve academic quality and school management.
Guide principals in implementing School Improvement Plans (SIPs).
Monitor school performance, student and teacher assessments, and maintain records.
Coordinate teacher training, school resources, and stakeholder engagement.
Work closely with communities, PTAs, and School Management Committees to strengthen school development.
Education: BA/BSc (B.Ed preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching and school field experience
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and MS Office (especially Excel) skills.
