Support the Senior Program Manager (SPM) in planning, coordinating, and monitoring implementation of Diagnostic, ACF, TPT, HIV, and other case-finding interventions.
Assist SPM in developing, monitoring, and following up on action plans arising from review meetings, monitoring visits, and performance assessments.
Support Diagnostic, ACF, TPT, and HIV components in ensuring timely collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting of program data.
Support SPM in reviewing, revising different guidelines, program documents and standardizing recording and reporting tools, and facilitate their effective implementation across the field.
Support digitization of commercial X-ray data, TPT data generated through ACF activities, laboratory information, and other program datasets.
Support SPM in coordination with the operation team in the procurement of different project assets and timely distribution in the intervention sites
Coordinate with Xpert site staff to ensure timely reporting, data completeness, and data quality.
Support periodic review and analysis of laboratory performance indicators, GeneXpert utilization, External Quality Assurance (EQA) reports, and diagnostic service quality, and facilitate feedback to SRs.
Support SPM to collect, review, consolidate, and analyze different data and reports
Assist SPM in reconciliation and validation of diagnostic data with RFH Portal and other digital reporting platforms.
Support monitoring of mobile screening camps to ensure implementation in accordance with approved site selection criteria and operational guidelines.
Support the SPM in reviewing M&E findings and reports, including issue logs, PRISM reports, and other monitoring outputs; identify implementation gaps; and assist in developing, implementing, and tracking corrective action plans.
Assist the Senior Program Manager in reviewing M&E findings across program components and facilitate timely programmatic response.
Support preparation of technical reports, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, presentations, guidelines, briefing notes, and other program documents.
Support SPM in the coordination of timely follow-up of action points emerging from internal and external meetings.
Support preparation and review of Progress Update and Disbursement Requests (PU/DRs), including verification of Means of Verification (MoVs), supporting documents, and reported achievements.
Assist the Senior Program Manager (SPM) in the effective planning, coordination, and facilitation of technical meetings, workshops, trainings, review meetings, and stakeholder consultations
Ensure compliance with Mercy Corps policies, donor requirements, safeguarding principles, and Safety & Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Senior Program Manager.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in public health or development programs, with at least three (3) years working with an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO).
Demonstrated experience in project coordination, implementation monitoring, stakeholder coordination, data management, program reporting, and supportive supervision.
Experience working with Global Fund-supported programs is highly desirable.
Previous experience in tuberculosis, infectious diseases, or other public health programs will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, coordination, and report writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
