Background
Essential Job Responsibilities
Conduct monthly coordination with M&P to manage all camp-related details across the trial districts.
Support the planning and implementation of project activities in accordance with approved work plans and project objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of project outputs and assist in resolving implementation challenges.
Maintain regular communication with departments, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate coordination meetings, workshops, and consultations as required by the project teams.
Support engagement with provincial and national program teams to ensure alignment of project activities with program priorities.
Assist in monitoring project progress against planned indicators and targets.
Collect, review, and compile data from field teams to support program monitoring with scientific partners.
Contribute to the preparation of regular progress reports, technical reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain proper documentation of project activities, including reports, meeting minutes, and implementation records.
Support preparation of case studies, learning briefs, and technical documentation.
Ensure proper archiving of project data and supporting documents.
Assist in organizing training, workshops, and meetings including logistical arrangements.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for project activities where required.
Support procurement and administrative processes in compliance with organizational policies.
Ensure project activities comply with donor requirements, organizational policies, and relevant guidelines.
Support quality assurance of project data and reporting outputs.
Ensure adherence to Mercy Corps and donor guidelines.
Support the implementation of project monitoring tools to assess and enhance program quality and effectiveness.
Based in Islamabad, with potential travel to project sites across Pakistan.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Master’s degree in project management, Public Health, Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related areas.
5 years of relevant work experience in project implementation with international organizations and/or projects, in a closely related field
Experience working with government departments, NGOs, or international organizations is preferred.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
