Trainer ICT

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver teacher training programmes and learning materials.

2. Align training content with the National Curriculum and teaching standards.

3. Assess teachers' training needs and monitor their progress.

4. Conduct school visits and classroom observations to support effective teaching.

5. Coordinate with curriculum teams, trainers, and project staff.

6. Prepare training plans, reports, and learning assessments.

• Master's degree in Education and/or a relevant subject.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the education or development sector.

• Certification in teacher training.

• Strong English communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and technology-enabled learning.
