Background
  • Are you a student or recent graduate in Pakistan eager to make a tangible difference in social justice, policy, and human rights? The wait is over. Applications are officially open for the second cohort of the Human Rights Internship Programme (HRIP).
Implemented by UNDP Pakistan in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Rights (MoHR) and the School of Leadership Foundation (SoLF), this initiative is fully funded by the European Union under the Huqooq-e-Pakistan II Project. The program bridges the gap between academic theory and real-world professional practice.
    Core Responsibilities
Interns engage in activities including human rights documentation, field research, advocacy support, and media trend analysis.
Requirements
  • Applicants must be 20–28 years old, proficient in English and Urdu, and in their final year or a recent graduate in relevant social sciences or law fields. Candidates must belong to one of the designated partner universities: Bahria University, Quaid-e-Azam University, University of Peshawar, LUMS, LCWU, Habib University, or the University of Balochistan.
