Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, campaign landing pages, donation pages, forms, and other digital products.
• Develop user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes before final designs are developed.
• Review existing website pages and digital journeys to identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
• Design and improve donation journeys with a focus on making the giving process clear, simple, and easy to complete.
• Translate campaign, fundraising, and business requirements into practical UX/UI solutions.
• Work with relevant teams to understand page requirements, content structure, functionality, and user needs before starting designs.
• Prepare responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
• Maintain consistency across digital interfaces by following brand guidelines and established UI components/design systems.
• Prepare clear design files, specifications, and assets for developers and work with them during implementation.
• Review developed pages against approved designs and provide feedback on layout, functionality, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Use available user behavior, feedback, analytics, and testing insights to recommend improvements to digital journeys.
• Keep up to date with UX/UI practices, accessibility standards, digital fundraising trends, and relevant design tools.

Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and relevant UX/UI design tools.
• Good understanding of responsive web design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Ability to turn requirements and ideas into clear and practical digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, usability, and interaction design.
• Understanding of accessibility and user-centred design principles.

Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, content teams, and other stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and web development principles would be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating website, landing page, mobile/responsive, and user journey design.
• Experience working with developers from design through implementation.
