Charity Right is a not-for-profit food program. Our projects are committed to helping children and families in need.

Feed to Educate

The Program is focused on feeding underprivileged students of Pakistan so that they could continue education to their full potential. We provide freshly cooked meals along with 250ml milk packs and dates to students at their schools.

• Students served per day: 4,000
• Number of schools: 25 (11 in Tharparker and 14 in Karachi)
• Cost of one meal per day: PKR 100
• Cost of one school per day (200 students on average): PKR 20,000
• Cost of one school per year (39,600 meals): PKR 4,000,000
  

RIGHT CHOICE STORES

The Program aims to provide discounted groceries to underprivileged communities to help them fight against rising inflation.

We are opening a chain of small retail stores where people can buy basic grocery items at 8% to 12% discounted prices compared to neighborhood shops.

This project is completely sustainable and does not require any ongoing donations to run it.

• Number of shops in operation: 12 shops
• Customers being served: 4,000 to 5,000 (per month)
• Employment generated: 20 people per 12 shops
• Cost of opening up a shop: PKR 170,000
• The discount value generated: PKR 1,000,000 (per month)

RIGHT PAY CARD

A digital card has been introduced to allow individuals and charities to provide Ration to underprivileged people in a more dignified and respectful manner, rather than making them queue up to collect the ration bags which hurts their self-respect.

Right Pay Card can be redeemed at any of our Right Choice Stores where beneficiaries can shop like any other customer and buy the items of their choice.

Our aim is to convert “Grantees into Shoppers”.

• Supporting: 1000 families (per month)
• Cost of adopting a family: PKR 3,150
• Right Pay Cards are fully customizable in terms of money and branding as per the requirements of any donor/charity organization.
