Saiban Development Foundation

Saiban Development Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political development organization established in 2006 by a group of committed development professionals and social experts. The organization was formally registered under the Social Development Ordinance 1961 on January 28, 2010, and later with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in 2015.

For more than 15 years, Saiban has worked with the firm belief that sustainable development can only be achieved through active community participation. Our track record stands as proof of this conviction.

Saiban Development Foundation works across diverse development and humanitarian fields, including:

Our efforts primarily target marginalized communities in both rural and urban areas of Punjab, particularly those lacking access to safe drinking water, sanitation, basic education, and healthcare. Among these, women and children remain the most vulnerable groups.

Through participatory approaches, SAIBAN ensures community ownership, amplifies local voices, and advocates for equitable access to the basic necessities of life. We place special emphasis on women’s rights and empowerment, believing that an empowered woman is the foundation of a healthy family and a progressive society.

Geographical Focus

The registered office of Saiban Development Foundation is located in Daira Din Panah, Tehsil Kot Addu, District Muzaffargarh, Punjab.
Our current areas of intervention include:
Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Mianwali, and parts of Sindh.
