Introduction
Samajee Behbood Rabita Council (SBRC) is a united platform of the CBOs of District Swabi, established in January 1994 with a prime mandate of community development. SBRC has always made efforts to encourage the emergence and formation of new CBOs in the area and strengthen the capacity of the pre-merged ones. Its members CBOs comprises of male and female organizations.

Empower the Rural Community and uplift the socio-economic status of the marginalized and disadvantaged segments of the society.
Mission statement
Support and strengthen CBOs and Youth taking initiatives to develop their respective areas through capacity Building, Advocacy, Networking, & information sharing.
Objectives
To build the capacity of the CBOs for;
Effective and efficient service delivery to their respective target groups.
Effective and efficient management of their respective organizations.
To promote linkages among the civil society organization (CSOs), Donors and government department for optimal utilization and sharing of local resources.
To facilitate networking among the CBOs for information sharing and experience exchange.
To raise voice at appropriate forums regarding issues affecting the target area especially women and children.
To promote the socio-economic conditions of the disadvantage segment of the society.
To provide health & education facility to the target community.
To promote and strengthen the democratic process in the society.
