JOB DESCRIPTION: To effectively coordinate with the GCT School Secretariat and uphold GCT regulations, schools, communities, and relevant authorities while upholding professionalism, integrity, and dedication. Commit to the Nasb-ul-Ain of GCT Schools and follow agreed programs and procedures diligently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to the code of conduct and oversee the enforcement of GCT policies within specific domains.
Support Regional Managers in overseeing Academic, Administrative/HR, and Financial affairs.
Conduct regular visits to schools for policy and procedure implementation.
Develop school-level budgets.
Maintain and manage school records in both physical and digital formats.
Aid principals in school registration processes.
Supervise co-curricular activities within schools.
Organize training sessions for school teachers and collaborate with the Regional Manager in assessing training requirements.
Ensure syllabus completion and oversee the examination procedures within schools.
The ideal candidate should be male and hold a Bachelor's degree.
A minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience, particularly in Education Management and Training & Development.
