Background
    1. Training Delivery
      • Deliver competency-based theoretical and practical training in Domestic Stitching and Embroidery according to the approved curriculum and training schedule.
      • Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans in accordance with the training manual.
      • Demonstrate practical techniques using appropriate tools, equipment, and machinery.
      • Ensure learners achieve the required competencies through practical exercises and assignments.
      • Promote active participation and practical learning throughout the training programme.
    2. Practical Skills Development
      • Conduct hands-on demonstrations of sewing, cutting, garment construction, finishing techniques, embroidery designs, and machine operation.
      • Guide learners in completing practical assignments and production exercises.
      • Encourage creativity, quality workmanship, and adherence to industry standards.
        • Introduce learners to basic entrepreneurship concepts, customer service, and product quality to support future income-generation opportunities.
        1. Learner Assessment
          • Conduct continuous assessments of learners' theoretical knowledge and practical competencies.
          • Evaluate assignments, practical work, and attendance.
          • Identify learners requiring additional support and provide remedial coaching.
          • Prepare learners for internal assessments and final trade testing.
        2. Training Centre Management
          • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment.
          • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safe handling of sewing machines, embroidery equipment, and training tools.
          • Report damaged or missing equipment to the Trade Coordinator.
          • Ensure training materials and consumables are used efficiently.
        3. Documentation & Reporting
        • Maintain daily attendance registers for learners.
        • Keep records of lesson delivery, learner progress, assessments, and practical activities.
        • Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Trade Coordinator.
        • Maintain accurate inventory records of training equipment and consumables assigned to the training center.
        1. Learner Support
        • Motivate learners to complete the training programme successfully.
        • Provide individual guidance to learners facing learning challenges.
        • Promote discipline, punctuality, teamwork, and professional ethics among learners.
        • Encourage female participation and create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
        1. Safeguarding & Compliance
        • Ensure compliance with Muslim Hands' Safeguarding Policy, Child Protection Policy, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), and Code of Conduct.
        • Maintain confidentiality of learner information.
        • Immediately report any safeguarding or protection concerns through the established reporting mechanisms.
          • Ensure equal opportunities and non-discrimination during all training activities.
          1. Other Responsibilities
          • Participate in orientation sessions, refresher trainings, coordination meetings, and review meetings organized by the project.
          • Support monitoring visits conducted by project management, donors, and relevant stakeholders.

          Perform any other duty assigned by the Trade Coordinator or Project Manager.

Requirements
    • Diploma, DAE, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent certification in Dress Making, Fashion Designing, Beautician, Textile Design, Embroidery, or a related technical field.
    • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Beautician, Domestic Stitching and Embroidery training or garment production.
    • Experience as a vocational trainer in NGO, INGO, TVET, or government skills development programmes will be preferred.
    • Sound technical knowledge of garment cutting, stitching, machine operation, pattern making, finishing, and embroidery techniques.
    • Ability to effectively demonstrate practical skills and mentor learners.
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
    • Fluency in Sindhi and Urdu.

    Willingness to work in rural communities and travel within the project area.
