  • A reputable organization is seeking applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the position of Marketing Specialist for a development project in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, strengthening market linkages, promoting project-supported enterprises and products, and enhancing market access to improve sustainable livelihoods.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies for project-supported enterprises, products, and services.
    • Conduct market research and identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
    • Establish and strengthen market linkages between producers, enterprises, buyers, wholesalers, retailers, and exporters.
    • Support branding, product positioning, packaging, and promotional activities to enhance market competitiveness.
    • Organize trade fairs, business exhibitions, buyer-seller meetings, and promotional campaigns.
    • Facilitate partnerships with private sector organizations and other stakeholders to improve market access.
    • Prepare technical reports, market analyses, progress reports, and other project documentation.
    • Ensure marketing interventions are implemented in accordance with project objectives, donor requirements, and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Qualification

    • Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Economics, Management Sciences, Commerce, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

    Experience

    • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, brand development, market research, business development, market linkage, or product promotion.
    • Experience working on donor-funded development projects will be preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies, conducting market assessments, promoting products and services, and establishing market linkages.
    • Experience working with SMEs, producer organizations, agribusinesses, private sector companies, retailers, wholesalers, and business associations.
    • Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, presentation, and report-writing skills.
