  • A reputable organization is seeking applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the position of Business Mobilization Specialist for a development project in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mobilizing private sector partners, promoting business participation, facilitating strategic partnerships, and supporting the implementation of market-driven interventions to enhance rural economic development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, mobilize, and engage private sector partners, SMEs, producer organizations, and investors for project interventions.
    • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses, industry associations, financial institutions, and government agencies.
    • Facilitate business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-producer linkages to promote investment and market access.
    • Organize stakeholder consultations, business networking events, investment forums, and partnership meetings.
    • Support enterprise development initiatives by facilitating access to finance, markets, technology, and business development services.
    • Conduct market assessments and identify opportunities for private sector participation and investment.
    • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and partnership documentation.
    • Ensure project activities are implemented in accordance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Qualification

    • Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Economics, Management Sciences, Rural Development, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

    Experience

    • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in business development, private sector engagement, investment promotion, partnership development, enterprise development, or business mobilization.
    • Experience working on donor-funded development projects will be preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in identifying and engaging private sector partners, SMEs, producer organizations, investors, and business associations.
    • Experience in organizing business forums, stakeholder consultations, networking events, and partnership-building initiatives.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and report-writing skills.
