Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of key educational programs including mental health counseling, career coaching, child protection, LSBE, and student support initiatives.
Act as the main liaison between partner organizations ZT, MF, & SGSC to ensure alignment of goals and effective communication.
Oversee school operations and coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement for smooth execution of activities.
Ensure timely delivery and quality of all program initiatives and interventions.
Manage program monitoring and evaluation, including development of indicators, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Prepare donor reports, proposals, updates, and presentations for senior leadership.
Identify and resolve operational challenges and provide strategic guidance for program improvement.
Support budget reviews, resource allocation, and planning of new initiatives.
Ensure compliance with grant requirements and maintain strong donor relations and communication.
Monitor program progress against defined milestones and performance indicators.
Address urgent issues related to student well-being, teacher support, and school infrastructure.
Facilitate coordination and communication between on-ground teams and head office departments.
Requirements
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Masters degree will be preferred.
Additional certifications in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Child Protection, Mental Health, or Education Programs will be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in program management, education sector projects, development sector initiatives, or stakeholder engagement.
Experience in coordinating with donors, grantors, schools, and multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in project planning, monitoring, reporting, and impact measurement.
Experience in managing cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
Strong report writing, proposal development, and donor communication skills.
Experience in educational program implementation, child protection, mental health, career coaching, or community development initiatives will be preferred.
