The Next Generation Women Leaders Asia-Pacific (by McKinsey & Company)is a two-day virtual program for ambitious women like you who are ready to make their next bold move.

Taking place May 29-30, 2025, this event will equip you with the insights, connections, and confidence you need to turn your ambition into impact. In this program, participants will dive into the world of female leadership, build meaningful connections, and become part of a lasting community. After the kickoff event, continue your journey with engaging workshops and insightful virtual sessions.

Eligibility Criteria
  • NGWL events are intended for women and are fully transgender and nonbinary inclusive.
  • Individual must be based in the Asia Pacific or have strong ties to the region.
  • Educational/Professional Background:
    • Either Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. students graduating no later than 2026.
    • Or: Professionals with up to eight years of work experience.
Application Requirements
  • Resume: Include education, grades, work experience, extracurricular activities, and achievements.
  • Office Location: This is necessary so that their colleagues from those offices/ business functions can objectively review your application.
  • Cover Letter (Optional): Max 250 words to express your motivation, leadership experience, or additional relevant information.
  • Digital Assessment: Complete an online assessment (110 minutes). No preparation or prior business knowledge required. Details will be provided after application submission. This Digital Assessment is not applicable for residents of Mainland China and South Korea.
