Greetings from the National Secretariat of Pakistan Development Alliance!!!! As you all know Pakistan is presenting its second Voluntary National Review (VNR) report at United Nation’s High Level Political Forum (HLPF) in July 2022. Planning Commission of Pakistan has been taking lead in official VNR on SDGs, whereas we are also contributing in the official process, however in order to provide an opportunity to wider civil society to assess progress on SDGs, AwazCDS-Pakistan/ Pakistan Development Alliance have already initiated CSOs engagement process across the country with the collaboration of A4SD, SightSavers and VSO. The process is inclusive and CSOs led and it will help develop CSOs Spotlight Report on SDGs Progress in Pakistan. The data for spotlight report will be collected through Online Peoples’ Scorecard and Inclusive Consultations with informed CSOs at federal and subnational level in coming weeks.
Your participation and engagement in the process is instrumental in collecting voices from you and other informed CSOs/ NGOs / INGOs as well as other related non-governmental stakeholders. You are hereby requested to kindly share the link https://www.pda.net.pk/peoples-scorecard-survey/ at your Forum/ Network / with forum or network members for wider dissemination and larger participation of civil society in this survey. Please note that the deadline for online survey is : May 31st 2022.
The survey is self-explanatory and easy to understand. While you click at the aforementioned link you will have detailed instructions as well as seventeen links for 17 SDGs. You can assess the most appropriate and relevant ones as per your interest and knowledge. Kindly do not forget to press submit button after completing each survey. You will have to access each of the survey separately.
