Introduction / Background
Over the 18 years, the School of Leadership Foundation (SoLF) has embedded in its DNA youth leadership and youth development initiatives. Sustainability, women empowerment, and inclusive development have been a cross-cutting theme among all of SoLF’s projects. SoLF specializes in designing and executing capacity-building programs that are not only engaging but experiential and defy conventional norms by taking the experience from mere lectures into more meaningful action-oriented paradigms. Sustainability is embedded in the core of how SoLF carries out its interventions; inspiring the community, creating cause champions, sharing knowledge, and laying the foundations that foster innovation.
