Background
    • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct research to identify local and international grant opportunities aligned with the organization's mission.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective grant opportunities.
    • Coordinate with program teams to gather information required for proposal development and grant applications.
    • Monitor compliance with donor agreements, grant conditions and reporting schedules.
    • Coordinate with finance and program teams to ensure expenditures and project activities remain compliant with donor requirements.
    • Prepare and submit accurate reports to donors within agreed timelines.
    • Coordinate the collection of project data, success stories, beneficiary information, and financial updates for reporting.
    • Ensure timely reporting to grant-making bodies and institutional donors.
Requirements
    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing/Sales from an HEC recognized institution.
    • Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in a relevant field or sector.
    • Must possess an engaging personality with the confidence to represent the organization and the can do attitude/demonstrating initiative.
    • Proficient using Microsoft Office, databases and systems and social media.
    • Highly organized, responsible and punctual.
    • Demonstrated ability to think and work well independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to multitask, identify priorities, manage pressure and meet deadlines.
