Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Coordinate clinical and support services, including OPD, inpatient, emergency, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, anesthesia, OT/surgical, physiotherapy, and other applicable services.
Ensure adequate staffing, duty rosters, attendance, supervision, and performance in coordination with HR.
Ensure availability and efficient management of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, utilities, logistics, and other resources.
Lead implementation of quality assurance, patient safety, infection prevention and control, SOPs, and clinical/service standards.
Monitor hospital KPIs, patient flow, service utilization, patient satisfaction, complaints, and corrective actions.
Coordinate financial, administrative, and resource management with the financial manager and relevant departments.
Ensure effective emergency preparedness, contingency planning, referral mechanisms, and continuity of essential health services.
Ensure compliance with government health requirements, applicable regulations, EPHS/service standards, contractual obligations, and approved SOPs.
Maintain accurate hospital records, performance data, and timely management/operational reports.
Coordinate with district health authorities, referral facilities, government departments, and other stakeholders.
Promote patient-centered, equitable, safe, respectful, and efficient healthcare services.
Identify operational gaps, take corrective action, and escalate critical issues to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: MBBS/BDS with MPH or equivalent Master’s
Minimum Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in Hospital Management / Health
