  • A reputable organization is seeking applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the position of Enterprise Development Specialist for a development project in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting enterprise development, supporting entrepreneurship, strengthening small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and facilitating sustainable business growth and market linkages.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and support high-potential enterprises and entrepreneurs in targeted sectors.
    • Facilitate enterprise development through business planning, mentoring, technical assistance, and capacity-building initiatives.
    • Strengthen market linkages and facilitate access to finance, business development services, and investment opportunities.
    • Coordinate with private sector partners, financial institutions, business associations, and relevant government agencies to promote enterprise growth.
    • Support the design and implementation of entrepreneurship development initiatives and business incubation activities.
    • Conduct enterprise assessments and monitor business performance to identify opportunities for growth and sustainability.
    • Prepare technical reports, work plans, progress reports, and other project documentation.
    • Ensure project interventions are implemented in accordance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Qualification

    • Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Agribusiness, Rural Development, Management Sciences, Commerce, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

    Experience

    • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise development, entrepreneurship promotion, SME development, business advisory services, value chain development, or private sector engagement.
    • Experience working on donor-funded development projects will be preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in enterprise identification, business planning, investment facilitation, capacity building, and market development.
    • Experience working with entrepreneurs, producer organizations, SMEs, financial institutions, business associations, and government departments.
    • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
